The staff at Kesya Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. When our scheduled hotel pick-up didn't arrive, they helped us arrange alternative transportation. The room we initially booked was not available, but they upgraded us to a junior suite without hesitation. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of hot water in the morning and a small swimming pool, the attentive service and modern interior made up for it. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the city center but away from the noise. The breakfast was satisfactory, and we appreciated the option to have it as a takeaway when we needed to leave early. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are basic but comfortable with individual balconies for enjoying the outside. The location is perfect, just outside the busy center and in the city center on the river bank. The staff are friendly and the service is attentive, making for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was situated in the district and very close to the old market. The city center was only a few minutes away by transportation which was arranged promptly by the hotel. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed trying different dishes every day. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of parking.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The rooms have big beds and good AC, with a minimalist decor that gives a clean and modern feel. They have all the facilities included, making it convenient for guests. The location is perfect, just outside of the busy center in a quiet area, but still very accessible. It is situated on the river bank, just opposite Pub Street, which is a popular area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious, with a great taste that leaves a memorable impression.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and massage parlors. the hotel had a nice swimming pool where we could relax and cool off after a long day of exploring.

The slow internet connection, which was a bit frustrating at times. However, since we were on vacation, it didn't have a big impact on our overall experience.

Wow! Free airport pickup and return was a great add-on. the hotel's location is perfect for reaching all the spots we needed to visit without getting lost. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was quite tasty.

The hotel's location on the river bank provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, while still being in the heart of the city center. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The individual balconies offered a lovely view, and the minimal decor created a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast included was not only delicious but also had great taste.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding – super friendly and helpful. They recommended some great local restaurants and helped us arrange transportation. The location was also perfect – a short walk to the center and close to a nice rooftop bar. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available each morning, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes.

While the pool area looked nice, there weren't enough loungers to go around. some aspects of the room could have been cleaner.

our stay at kesya was absolutely amazing. after a not-so-great experience at another hotel in siem reap, kesya exceeded all expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful, from organizing temple trips to providing cold towels upon our return. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area.
